Why I picked up the Mic
I started the podcast to capture what caregiving really feels like—in the moment, after the dust settles, and through the deeper reflection that follows.
As the sole caregiver of children who need additional support, I don’t always have the patience, clarity, or even the words to explain this world. The podcast gives me space to find those words—so our community feels seen and the people around us gain a better understanding of our lives, our challenges, and our resilience.
